(Ecofin Agency) - After proceeding to the development of 40 ha of lands over which extends the Baie des Rois of Librevile, Façade maritime du champ triomphal (FMCT), a company owned by the Gabonese Fund for Strategic Investments (FGIS), just started selling out properties at the site.

Indeed, with road works, earthworks and installation of water-drainage networks completed by the China Harbour engineering company and the National Planning Agency having completed demarcation of the spaces, they are now ready for use.

The site will comprise offices (covering 205,000 m²), close to 500 houses, business centres (over 79,000 m²), as well as a shopping mall (20,000 m²) and a hotel complex.
