www.presidence.sn. This is the new website of Senegal’s presidency. The platform was launched on February 8, 2016. In a release, the communication service of presidency announced that the new platform would offer, for the first time ever, Web Tv via which it will be possible to follow all the activities of President Macky Sall.

Presently, the website offers a media library with videos and pictures. Stories and interviews can be accessed there. As current top story of the website is yesterday’s meeting between Macky Sall and members of the National Youth Council.

In the files bank, interviews of important figures with the Head of State can also be viewed. There are also stories relating missions abroad.

With the website, it is also possible to track the activity of the president on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Youtube or Flickr. The Presidency talks of a global program for digital communication. The new website can be accessed on any device (computers, phones, tablets, etc.).

Though it focuses on President Sall, the website also provides information on his predecessors, management of the Presidency and of other State institutions.
