Monday, 13 November 2017 15:57

Since last Saturday, Bloomberg has launched in Accra, Ghana, the Africa Business Media Innovators (ABMI) 2017. The event which is organized by Matt Winkler and Justin Smith, respectively co-founder and CEO of Bloomberg Media, will end on November 14.

Themed “The Changing Face of Media and New Hybrid Model”, the ABMI17 looks at better ways to sustain the dynamism of a flourishing media industry.

Participants will suggest ways to allow economic and finance journalism to better contribute to Africa’s sustainable development.

In this regard, Bloomberg planned for TED Talk-like presentations, extended questions & answers sessions and interviews with media visionaries. Participants will learn and share their opinion about the best and most innovative practices and strategies to make a media successful.

These participants include editors, journalists, entrepreneurs and leaders of the business world and civic society, both from Africa and other parts of the world. Representing our own agency, is its director for West Africa, Aaron Akinocho.
