Tuesday, 17 July 2018 18:01

Canal+ will kick off next July 28, the 3rd edition of film festival in Benin. In this framework, the travelling film caravan will tour some of the country's major cities to show films for free until August 25.

Targeted cities include Natitingou, Parakou, Comè, Dassa and Cotonou and films to be broadcasted include productions from Benin and neighboring countries including Nigeria.

For the record, the last two editions were attended by more than 10,000 people. Considering that the main objective of this very event is to rekindle population’s habit to view films in theaters, this next edition is expected to record higher turnout. Let’s mention that the attendance at CanalOlympia de wologuèdè proves that film viewing in theaters is practically back in people’s habits.
