Ghana Oil Company (GOIL) has restructured its management staff with the appointment of three new managers.
According to the company, the promotions are expected to consolidate the improvements made before now and allow the company achieve more success.
Marcus Deo Dake, the Zonal Manager, South has been promoted to the post of Fuels marketing Manager. Marcus Deo Dake succeeds Alex Josiah Adzew who is now to be the Chief Operating Officer.
Martin Olu Davies was appointed the company’s Health Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Manager. Davies has held several vital positions at GOIL in the last 21 years. He takes over from Kofi Nyarko, who retired after 23 years of dedicated service to the company.
Meanwhile, Kofi Ansah Otoo the former Accounts controller of the company was promoted to Chief Internal Auditor. Otoo has held more than a few positions, including being the Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Manager, Corporate Treasurer, and Operations and Systems Audit Manager before being promoted to the position of Chief Internal Auditor.
Otoo is taking over from Samuel Korboe who retired in April, 2016, Ghanaweb reports.
