Organizers of the Texem's Leaders in Africa's Oil & Gas Summit have said that this year’s event will take place in London on October, 22, 2015.

A statement from the organizers described that with international attention highly focused on Africa's oil and gas resources, the summit comes at an essential time.

TEXEM indicated that it was greatly honored to be able to organize the summit as part of its ongoing commitment to bringing greater awareness of the growing opportunities for the oil and gas industry in Africa.

They pointed out that increasingly, that the world's most influential oil and gas companies are planning new initiatives and investments to take advantage of the exciting opportunities that exist in the rapidly expanding African oil and gas industry as well as urging operators in the oil and gas industry, or in the service industries that support the sector to take advantage of the opportunity of the summit to gain knowledge and create a greater presence for their companies with key players across the continent.
