This new brand will centralize all training and professional-development resources under one entity, thus helping us implement AXIAN’s business strategies and reveal Africans’ talents.

As such Axian Group’s corporate university, Axian University, will quickly become a key resource for present and future talents of the Axian Group to grow and reach their full potential by providing an apt space for the sharing knowledge and skills of in-house experts. AXIAN University thus aims to become the leading talent-management entity in countries where Axian operates so as that the group can push both the development of its people and the furtherance of its vision.
AXIAN UNIVERSITY, A DEDICATED TALENT-MANAGEMENT UNIT
AXIAN University allows our people to continuously further their education to equip them with the knowledge and skills to stand against our communities’ greatest challenges. This new entity, comprised of three substructures; namely AXIAN Training Center, AXIAN Diploma and AXIAN Executive Education, will our group’s people to learn new skills, hard or soft, and attain a greater understanding of particular aspects of their profession, such as sales, finance, digital tools or technical tasks. It will offer a wide range of internationally-recognized trainings to its employees while still remaining centred around AXIAN’s ethos. As a unit that is dedicated to expanding our present and future co-workers’ skills while giving young graduates and future leaders across Africa new opportunities, AXIAN University takes pride in its mission, as well as its status as the first corporate university in Madagascar—and one of the first in Africa.
