In the vision of getting closer to the Congolese population with solutions that make their daily lives easier, FLASH and FINCA have just concluded a strategic partnership contract based on the provision of financial services and value-added services of the FLASH platform on the entire FINCA network as well as the provision of FINCA deposit and withdrawal services to all FLASH agents and its customers.
This new collaboration between these two institutions revolves around two axes.
On the one hand, it opens the door to accessibility to FINCA financial transactions in all FLASH agencies and via 4,000 FLASH agents throughout DR Congo. As a result, savings clients, or any person having FINCA bank account, including people having FINCA loan, will be able, in complete security and tranquility, to carry out deposit, withdrawal or repayment operations of their loans in a FLASH point of sale.
On the other hand, this partnership also allows FINCA to offer FLASH products and services in its points of sale. From now on, FLASH services of money transfers with Western Union, MoneyGram and Flash Cash, TV subscriptions, mobile and internet top-ups as well as mobile money from all operators and many other services will be available in the FINCA branches and at all FINCA Express Full Option points.
This partnership contract demonstrates FLASH and FINCA's desire to facilitate universal accessibility to their respective services and to allow their agents and clients to save time while increasing the profitability of their respective agents.
