Bolloré Transport & Logistics in Kenya has been included in the 2021 Business Integrity Index by the British Chamber of Commerce in Kenya. The Business Integrity Index recognises businesses that are committed to ethical business practices in their operations, and is based on an assessment of a company’s regulatory compliance, track record and internal policies against corruption.
The 2021 list comprises of 47 companies from different sectors in varying sizes from three to three thousand employees. As a benefit to this listing, it’s members will be able to receive and share practical guidance and training on integrity best practices.
“The BCCK Integrity Index recognises efforts being made to run a trusted and ethical business. We aim to prove that ethical business pays, by signposting index companies to UK organisations looking for Kenyan partners.” said Sonal Sejpal, Chairperson, British Chamber of Commerce Kenya.
The Integrity Index is part of the Business Integrity Initiative, a programme that was established in 2019 by the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) to help businesses navigate integrity challenges they may face in their day to day operations.
