The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) is launching a call for tenders for the selection of two auditing firms for the financial years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
This call for tenders is launched as of October 23rd, 2020 for the selection of two firms specializing in statutory auditing.
Firms of international renown specialized in auditing, established or having a representation in one of the FAGACE Member States and meeting the requirements set out in the tender documents may take part in this call for tenders.
The bidding documents can be consulted and purchased from the Secretariat of the General Management of FAGACE against payment of a non-refundable amount of five hundred thousand (500,000) CFA francs. The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account of FAGACE. Interested bidders may obtain additional information at the address provided below.
Bids must be submitted no later than November 20th at 5:00 p.m., local time, to the secretariat of the Managing Director or sent by express mail (the postmark being taken as proof) to the address indicated below where they will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives on November 23rd, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
It is understood that any bid transmitted by express mail which reaches the secretariat of the Managing Director after the opening of the bids, regardless of the date indicated on the postmark, will not be taken into account. The bid shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the closing date for submission of bids.
