Wednesday, 29 April 2020 14:06

Sana Partners has acquired Brenn-O-Kem, a company specializing in the recycling of the wine byproducts in natural products primarily shipped to Europe, America, and Asia. The operation, whose details are not disclosed, was carried out through Sana's first investment fund.

Mainly owned by black citizens, Sana Partners targets mid-cap companies with strong growth in the country to generate returns for its shareholders.

Before its acquisition, Brenn-O-Kem was run by brothers Kobus and Wynand du Toit.
