Kaizene, a London and Abidjan based company specialised in capacity building-coaching and infrastructure conference, announces the 6th edition of conference on Building Construction works and Infrastructure Conference that will be hosted in partnership with the Transport Ministry of Ethiopia. This edition will take place on October 10th-11th at the United Nations Conference Center in Addis Abeba.

Ethiopia has been selected as host country for its strong economy, promising ecosystem and innovative policies for development. As a model of changes and development. KAIZENE is committed to highlight the country innovative solutions and encourage their implementation in other African countries whilst still respecting each countries uniqueness and way of life.
During the 6th edition of the Conference on Building and Infrastructure, participants will discuss for two days around concrete and strategic themes to try to find solutions to several challenges including the financing of Infrastructures , Public–private partnerships (PPP), The demographic dividend, the role of women in the development of Infrastructure projects, the place of artificial intelligence in developing our infrastructure and the facilitation of transport and intra-regional trade, with breakout sessions allowing the networking and B2B with partners from all over the continent and elsewhere to form some synergies and partnerships.
Building and construction Works and Infrastructure Conference: a PANAFRICAN event
Initiated by KAIZENE, managed by Lynda Aphing-Kouassi, based in London and Abidjan, specialized on Infrastructure Conference, training and capacity building of public and private companies, allowing them to improve their services, their quality approach and above all know how to use their human capital. KAIZENE also helps companies understand their corporate social responsibility and implement them. Thanks to its experience and for the past 5 years KAIZENE organizes international conferences which allow the economic actors operating on the African continent and elsewhere, to meet and exchange. This year Kaizene also took part in the organization of the AGOA FORUM 2019 led by the US government.
The 6th edition will be a unique forum experience between the actors of African development, around various themes related to the economic growth facing the infrastructural challenges in Africa.
