(UMOA-TITRES) - UMOA-Titres announces the organisation of the 8th edition of the Regional Public Securities Market Meetings (REMTP), to be held on 27–28 January 2026 at the Hôtel 2 Février in Lomé, Togo.
Held under the theme “Public Securities Market: Consolidating Achievements and Adapting Strategies to Emerging Challenges”, this edition will bring together key stakeholders of the regional public securities market, including National Treasuries, institutional investors, and financial sector experts from across the WAEMU region.

Discussions will focus on strengthening market fundamentals, adapting to regional and global developments, and identifying levers to further consolidate a more transparent, resilient and attractive public securities market.
Following Côte d’Ivoire in 2025, the hosting of this 8th edition by Togo reaffirms Lomé’s role as a regional hub for strategic dialogue on public policy financing within the Union.
The REMTP 2026 programme will be structured around high-level panels, Country Conversations, interactive “On the Grill” sessions, and the presentation of the public securities issuance programme for 2026.
