Botswana Telecommunications renews revenue insurance and fraud management contract with Subex limited
Thursday, 07 March 2019 15:54

Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) renewed for five years, the revenue insurance contract it signed since 2010, with Subex Limited, the Indian analytic service provider.

In the framework of that agreement, Subex will let Botswana Telecommunications use its platform for fraud management and revenue insurance.

According to Vinod Kumar, Subex’s CEO, the integrated platform will also help avoid losses by providing a solution with investigative, diagnostic and loss recovery capabilities.

We are delighted to extend our relationship with Subex given their extensive expertise and the capabilities of their AI/ML enabled solutions towards Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management. We selected to partner with Subex once again due to their experience in executing Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management operations, their proven ability in implementing Management Services engagements across the globe, and the value that they bring in terms of savings and ROI,” Anthony Masunga, BTC’s managing director indicated.
