Telecom operator Tunisie Telecom presented on March 15, 2016, its new visual identity. Its new multicolor logo, replacing traditional blue one, and slogan “life is emotion”, replacing “The future calls you”, marks the adoption of a new strategy. In a context where the digital gradually integrates life, Tunisie Telecom decided to ride the tide by becoming a digital service operator.
To this end, the telecom company plans to provide 4G mobile broadband by the end of March 2016, modernize its fixed-line network by introducing optic fiber in all of Tunisia’s regions and improve customer service for a complete satisfaction of consumers. Innovating and personalized offers have been prepared to win populations over.
Nizar Bouguila, Chief Executive Officer of Tunisie Telecom, at the presentation of his firm’s new strategy said “it is the product of a long brainstorming and most of all of the active listening to customers’ comments”. “Just like any leading company, we learn from our customers and this new graphic chart, which reflects our sense of innovation and constant transmutation from telephony to digital and communication, we dedicate them,” he added.
