Nigeria to supply Portugal with Liquefied Natural Gas

The Sines LNG Terminal in Portugal is to receive a shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Nigeria around 10th of November 2015, according to the Shipping data.

The 135,000 cbm LNG Rivers will transport a cargo from Nigeria’s LNG export plant situated on Bonny Island. The export plant is collectively owned by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Shell Gas B.V., Total LNG Nigeria Ltd and Eni International with 49%, 25.6%, 15% and 10.4% respectively.

With a send out capacity of 600,000 cbm/h, the Sines LNG terminal which belongs to REN Atlântico, is situated in the Portuguese Atlantic coast, LNG World news reports.
