  • Countries sign a memorandum of understanding on military cooperation

  • Agreement concluded during Egypt’s 4th Defense Exhibition

  • Chiefs of staff discussed shared priorities and future partnership areas

En marge du 4ᵉ Salon de la défense égyptienne, le chef d’état-major des Forces de défense rwandaises, le général MK Moubarakh, et son homologue égyptien, le lieutenant-général Ahmed Fathi Ibrahim Khalifa, ont signé un protocole d’accord pour renforcer leur coopération militaire, le mardi 2 décembre 2025.

La signature intervient après un échange sur les priorités communes et les perspectives d’évolution du partenariat entre les deux armées.
