(Ecofin Agency) - Engen’s efficiency in delivering reliable service in Swaziland has been compensated as the Swaziland Railways names the company “Supplier of the Year”.
This prize was presented to the company at the Royal Villas at e Zulwini on November 4, 2015. It was received by two of Engen’s team members; Banele Cindzi and Thandeka Nkomo who were proud to represent the company at the ceremony. “To be recognized by Swaziland Railways, one of our largest customers is no small feat. It goes to show that we always go the extra mile to satisfy our customers and ensure that ‘With us you are Number One,” Bongani Zwane, Engen’s Manager of Commercial Fuels in Swaziland said.
Indeed, the company supplies an average of 6,000 kiloliters of diesel yearly to Swaziland Railways guarantees efficiency in their service.
“We always ensure that their tanks are full, queries are resolved promptly and customer service is given our full attention”.
For some years now, Engen has supplied and delivered fuel services, thereby meeting the demands needed by Swaziland Railways. The company is generally considered to operate one of the top railways in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) as regards transit time, reliability and predictability.
Swazi Railways operates a 301km rail network. It owns and sustains the infrastructure and rolling stock of the network.
