A company with a human face

Which focuses on the training of women and youth, through its Foundation The Job Factory. A non-profit association under Congolese law whose main objective is to ensure through professional training, equality and the empowerment of young people, women, job seekers in order to reduce poverty. At present, it has trained more than 3200 people in various fields.

For entrepreneurs of tomorrow

With the aim to train as many, and to develop performance in the professional environment, the enterprise The Job Factory innovates in its formations including as pilot project social skills training.
Mastered concepts that positively impact the socio-professional environment and enables high productivity which positively influence the economy of the DRC.
