On September 11, 2018, The TSX-V listed mining company Awalé Resources, operating in Côte d’Ivoire, announced that it raised CDN832,500 through a non-brokered private placement by issuing 6.66 million shares worth CDN0.125 each.
The company plans to use the placement to fund its ongoing operations in Cote d’Ivoire, and cover general as well as operating costs.
In Côte d’Ivoire, the company has a portfolio of projects at various exploration phases. Bondoukou project which is not so far from the area covered by Abengourou permit is the most important and most advanced of them. There is also the 397 km2 Odienné project.
