Wednesday, February 14, 2018, OreCorp announced it has obtained a certificate of environmental impact assessment for its Nyanzaga gold project in Tanzania. The certificate, granted after 18 months of work on the project is a prerequisite for the issuance of a mining license.

Meanwhile, a final feasibility study is underway on the project that hosts a mineral resource of 3.1 million oz of 4 g/t grade gold.
For the record, OreCorp Limited is an ASX-listed development company under the ORR code. Its key projects are Nyanzaga gold project in northwestern Tanzania and Akjoujt South copper and nickel project in Mauritania.
