MTN has announced the launch of the MTN Cloud Accelerator, a 12-week hybrid program designed to help African startups scale faster by leveraging MTN’s vast infrastructure, products, and networks.

The program targets startups that are already in the market with MVPs or live products and are solving key African challenges in sectors including Fintech & Payments, HealthTech, EdTech, AgriTech, AI & Data Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Digital ID, and Retail & E-commerce. Startups serving rural and underserved communities are especially encouraged to apply.

Selected startups will receive ₦5 million each. Additional benefits include sales and go-to-market support from MTN teams, access to MTN Cloud, MoMo, and Chenosis APIs, cloud credits, technical advisory, and one-on-one mentorship from industry experts.

Applications will close on August 15, 2025.
