Orange Morocco launched “Live Intelligence,” a generative artificial intelligence platform for businesses, on Tuesday, October 28. The new service enhances the operator’s digital portfolio as the country’s private sector accelerates its digital transformation.
According to Orange Morocco’s official website, the platform is “a generative AI solution designed for Moroccan companies to automate, enrich, and speed up business processes through advanced language models, content generation, and real-time analytics.” It targets companies of all sizes seeking to optimize operations, automate writing, summarization, or information retrieval, and integrate AI into internal tools and workflows.
Orange Morocco already provides high-speed connectivity and digital services such as Machine-to-Machine (M2M), Smart Flotte for fleet management, Smart Fax, and Smart Message for business communications. In cybersecurity, it offers Business Internet Security, Business DDoS Security, Device Management Premium, and Micro-SOC Enterprise. It also provides cloud services through partnerships with Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS), along with data center hosting solutions.
These developments reflect a broader trend in which digital technologies are viewed as key drivers of productivity and growth. According to GSMA, this rising demand presents major opportunities for telecom operators amid stagnant average revenue per user (ARPU), pushing diversification into new income streams.
A GSMA Intelligence study published in September 2025 estimates the global B2B market opportunity for telecom operators at over $400 billion, or around 35% of the sector’s current revenue. In Morocco, Orange reported revenue of €810 million ($941.9 million) for the 2024 fiscal year and €675 million for the first nine months of 2025.
