This initiative plans for the creation of an authority to monitor the quality of the education and a teachers’ training academy. The two countries also agreed for the creation of a German university of applied sciences in the new administrative capital of Egypt. This 700 sq. km will lodge more than 5 million people.
In her statement, Bassam Radi also explained that a cooperation agreement has been reached with Siemens for industrialization, vocational training assistance, improvement of the competitiveness of industrial zones and improvement of their exports capacities.
