“The Minister promised more speed and security, through the simplification and digitalization of procedures along with the interconnection of all actors involved in the urban land production chain. To this end, several projects are already underway,” Abidjan.net indicated.
The official reported the creation of a permanent secretariat for digital simplification and transformation (since April 2017), the establishment in May 2017 of a committee to regulate activities within the land chain to ensure consistency of data and diligent processing of documents requested by users. Moreover, the minister pointed out the project to digitize village registers’ guides the project to set the urban planning code.
