In the First seven months of 2018, trade between Egypt and China amounted to $7.5 billion, according to the figures published by Chinese customs. This represents an increase of 24% compared to the performance in 2017.
During the period under review, China’s exports to Egypt rose by 22.6% to stand at $6.5 billion while Egypt’s to China grew by 34.1% to $1 billion.
