CFAO Technologies becomes the number-one Cisco Certified Partner in 18 African countries by obtaining Gold Certification

Thursday, 09 July 2015 13:15

CFAO Technologies, a division of the CFAO Group, develops, designs, integrates and operates tailored IT infrastructure and system solutions for its B2B customers. The division recently secured Cisco Gold Certification, an international "gold standard" in IT system and network support and design.

CFAO Technologies is the first IT services company in the region to obtain this level of certification in West and Central Africa, covering 18 countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, DRC, Côte d’Ivoire, Gambia, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal and Togo. This global accreditation is tangible recognition of the strategy implemented by CFAO Technologies to promote skills development and enhance added value—a strategy through which CFAO has already established itself as a "specialized partner", a status granted by the US firm for the company's full range of solutions.

Richard Nouni (photo), Chief Operating Officer, CFAO Technologies: "This commitment is a response to market expectations and to the ever-growing demand for expertise, to offer technological solutions in Africa that meet the need for innovation, reliability and quality... It is an outstanding illustration of the strategy developed by CFAO Technologies to give companies an increasingly effective level of service with improved added value in an African economy that is transitioning towards compliance with the highest international standards."

Gold Certification rewards several years of investment in internal CFAO Technologies processes and training for employees in the latest technological advances among different manufacturers. In addition to ensuring complete mastery of Cisco tools and systems, Gold Certification—which is renewed yearly following an annual audit—is a guarantee of the highest level of service quality for customers, including 24/7 support.

Gilles Batteur, CFAO Technologies Director of Operations: "Gold Certification is recognition of the efforts of everyone at CFAO Technologies and the company's focus on excellence. More than 50 employees have been trained to provide frontline support for first-rate IT systems. We were already a specialized Cisco partner. This latest certification enhances our global expertise and will help us set ourselves apart in a market in which customer satisfaction is our key priority."
