The call centre operator Xceed Morocco, subsidiary of the historical telecommunications operator Telecom Egypt, has just strengthened its Moroccan branch through the inauguration of a new site on the Casanearshore complex, the outsourcing business park in Casablanca, and the signature of an agreement with the National Employment Agency (ANAPEC).
Through these two actions, Mohamed Lotfy, Managing Director of Xceed Morocco, explained that the company, for a long time oriented towards anglophone markets and the Middle East, is increasing its staff rapidly to tackle francophone and Spanish-speaking markets.
"The company is in a growing phase. This is the reason why we have concluded an agreement with ANAPEC to prioritise Xceed in terms of recruitment", explained Mohamed Lotfy to the Moroccan newspaper Economiste.
He emphasised that the agreement with the Agency concentrates on the creation of 1000 jobs a year. A number which ought to double fairly rapidly. From now to 2016, with a significant staff, Xceed Morocco also aspires to explore the North American market.
The agreement signed between Xceed and ANAPEC is similar to the recruitment campaign undertaken during the month of June and which focussed on a staff of 300 operators before the end of 2015.
