The Press Conference to announce the event took place Tuesday, September 24 at the Brussels Press Club Europe. Christian Liongo, president of Africa Rise presented the event assisted by some of its major partners, Philippe Patte - BeMobex, Jacques Delaunoit - Groupe Delaunoit and Pascale Beeckman - Brussels Airlines.
Organized by both Africa Rise and the Democratic Republic of Congo Conseil Economique et Social - C.E.S - KINFOR16 will benefit from Africa Rise's savoir-faire and experience and the CES's institutional support to attract local business officials. The schedule of the 2-day event includes workshops, networking sessions and informal meetings, to foster business ties and contracts.
