Millenium Challenge Corporation will implement in Morocco, a second collaboration program (Compact II). At a cost of $450 million, the program will extend over five years and will lead to the implementation of two projects, one related to educated and the other to property.
The first project, the “Education and training for employment” aims to promote youth employment by improving quality of education and insuring equal access to secondary education and professional training.
The second, “Land productivity” aims to boost investment in the property sector and increase its productivity by facilitating access to land, and insuring that transactions in the sector are safe. It also aims to help government implement a global land strategy.
The Compact II will be carried out by a state-owned institution. Government will inject $67.5 million in it. It should profit around 828,000 people over more than 20 years.
