Telecel Centrafrique is donating sanitizing products to the Ministry of Health to help fight the spread of the Covid19 virus within the country.

Telecel Centrafrique is a subsidiary of Telecel Mobile, and is the leading operator in CAR.
Telecel Centrafrique is donating sanitizing products for the sum of 30,000,000 FCFA to the Ministry of Health to help prevent a possible second wave 2 of Covid19 within the capital and rural areas.

With over 4000 confirmed cases in the country, is it Telecel’s aim to stand strong and aid their community and perform their civic duty by providing surgical masks, hand sanitizers; Non-contact thermometers, gloves, N95 masks and other supplies.
These medical provisions will help public hospitals in the Central African Republic in the fight against COVID-19.

Malek Atrissi, CEO of Telecel Centrafrique highlighted the importance of Telecel’s social responsibility to help the country overcome this crisis:
“In this critical time, it is our duty as Telecel to be part of the solution. We will work hand in hand with all aiding parties to give back to our community. Telecel has not spared any effort since the start of this pandemic to fight the spread of the virus. It is Telecel’s priority to protect its staff, customers, and partners.
