Ghana’s Finance Minister Cassiel Ato Forson announced on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, that the government signed a seventh bilateral debt-restructuring agreement with the Czech Republic. He said, “On behalf of the Government and people of Ghana, I conveyed our deep appreciation for their continued cooperation. ”
Earlier today, I signed Ghana’s seventh bilateral debt restructuring agreement with the Czech Republic, represented by Mr. René Jakl, Director of the Claims and Recoveries Department at the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation (EGAP).
